Low Back Pain Workshop
Join us for a FREE educational and movement-based workshop designed to help you better understand and manage low back pain. Led by Dr. Holli Morrison, a licensed doctor of physical therapy and exercise physiologist, this session will merge rehabilitation and mindful movement- perfect for yogis, lifters, active adults, and anyone dealing with recurring back discomfort.
You’ll learn about what causes low back pain, what actually helps (and what doesn’t), and how to move safely without fear. The workshop will include simple, accessible exercises to improve mobility, build strength, and support a resilient spine. Expect practical takeaways you can immediately apply to your yoga practice, strength training sessions, and daily life.
